Overview
GrowthTrack is a tool for tracking employee progress and promotion readiness. It provides different views for employees and managers, with a Promotion Readiness Score algorithm. The frontend is built with Flutter for cross-platform support, and the API is built with NestJS, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.
